Welcome to NCT USA 2026
After a two-year absence, NCT USA returns to Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland, bringing together military, government, first responders, academia and industry to address the evolving challenges of CBRN defence, emergency response and homeland security. Organized in partnership with the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC) and chaired by Brigadier General (Ret.) William King, NCT USA provides a unique forum for sharing operational experience, emerging technologies and strategic developments with the organizations shaping the future of CBRN capability.
As the home of the U.S. Army's CBRN enterprise, Aberdeen Proving Ground hosts organizations including the 20th CBRNE Command, DEVCOM Chemical Biological Center (CBC), U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense (USAMRICD), Joint Program Executive Office for CBRN Defense (JPEO-CBRND), Chemical Materials Activity (CMA) and Program Executive Office Assembled Chemical Weapons Alternatives (PEO ACWA). This unique environment offers delegates unparalleled access to military leadership, government agencies, researchers and industry experts working at the forefront of CBRN preparedness and capability development.
The 2026 conference programme will explore the future of CBRN emergency response, decontamination and mass protection, early warning systems, biosurveillance and medical countermeasures, artificial intelligence in CBRN, and whole-of-government approaches to homeland security and explosives. Through high-level presentations, panel discussions and extensive networking opportunities, NCT USA provides an independent platform where policy makers, operators, scientists and industry collaborate to strengthen preparedness against current and emerging CBRN threats.
