Has graduated from the Military Academy of Agulhas Negras in 2005 in the Engineering Branch. Has completed the Diver Course and the Underwater Demolitions Course in the Brazilian Navy (2007 and 2011, respectively). Has completed the Army's Basic Parachute Course in 2011 at the General Penha Brasil Parachute Training Center, and the EOD level 2 course at the Escuela de Ingenieros del Ejército de Chile (San Antonio, Chile) in 2016.
He was an explosive instructor at the Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras from 2010 to 2013. He was also responsible for transferring the Explosives and Demining Internship from the Specialized Instruction School (Rio de Janeiro-RJ) to the Engineering Instruction Center (Araguari-MG), updating all activity regulations and transforming them to meet modern EOD standards in 2018 and 2019, conducting the courses too, as instructor. He was a member of the Counter IED cell during Operation Posse (Brasília-DF) in 2018. In 2021, has participated in the preparation of the Brazilian Army EOD Techniques, Tactics and Procedures manual. Hasacted as an Inter-American Humanitarian Demining Monitor in Colombia in 2020 and 2021. Participated, as instructor, in the EOD TTP combined training in Parachute Brigade in 2022. Is now currently an Assistant to Advisory 3 of the Engineering and Construction Department since 2022.
Has participated in the preparation of the Brazilian Army's Demining and Mine Operations manuals, as well as the initial instructions for the EOD teams that make up the UNPCRS Peacekeeping Engineering Company in 2023. He assisted in the organization of the Brazilian EOD Company in 2024. He published an article about demining in Ukraine, in the Doutrina Militar Terrestre magazine, in 2023.
