MOL Roeup Seyha
Deputy Secretary General,
Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority
H.E. MOL Roeup Seyha is currently a Deputy Secretary General of the Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority (CMAA). He was appointed to this position in October 2016, following almost 8 years of active and dedicated service to this organization.
Prior to this appointment, Seyha worked at University of Victoria as teaching assistant while he is in his master program in economics from September 2006 to April 2009. In October 2009 Seyha started working as a Deputy Director of Operation and Planning Department of Cambodian Mine Action Center (CMAC). Until beginning of 2012 he got promoted to become the CMAC Director of Operation and Planning Department. He left CMAC in 2013 and joined the Office of Council Ministers in 2014 worked under the deputy prime minister cabinet for three years till 2017. In 2016, Seyha was appointed as a CMAA Deputy Secretary General.
Seyha holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics (Honor) from Simon Fraser University, Canada and his Master Degree in Economics from University of Victoria, Canada.
