Mohammed Almarri is a Lieutenant Engineer in the Qatar Armed Forces, currently serving in the Defense Unit Against Weapons of Mass Destruction. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University in the United States.

In addition to his military and technical responsibilities, Almarri has represented the State of Qatar on several international platforms. He served as Head of the Qatari Delegation to the Children of the World Committee in 2015 and was appointed Head of Delegation and Official Spokesperson at the 2019 Annual Social Forum on Human Rights in Geneva.

His work has been recognized nationally with the Excellence Award presented by His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani in 2019. That same year, he established the Makers of Happiness initiative, aimed at promoting community development and social impact.

In 2021, Almarri was granted a patent for the design of a reactor that transforms carbon dioxide into useful gases and materials for application in oil and gas industries - a project that bridges engineering and environmental sustainability.

He is also the author of three published literary works, comprising collections of short stories and reflective writing.
