Prior to Elusys, Matthew served as VP of Research and Technology Acquisition at NightHawkBiosciences, and Executive Director of Research at Heat Biologics, a biotechnology company focused on cancer immunotherapy and autoimmunity. As an international biopharma business and scientific leader with over 17 years in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, his expertise encompasses various therapeutic areas, including oncology, inflammation, rare and infectious diseases, public health/vaccines, and medical countermeasures.
