Major General En Meng, M.D., Ph.D., is the Director of the Institute of Preventive Medicine, National Defense Medical University and an Attending Physician in the Department of Urology at Tri-Service General Hospital, Taiwan. Throughout his distinguished military and medical career, he has held key academic, clinical, and leadership roles within the Military Medical System. Maj. Gen. Meng's expertise spans clinical urology, biodefense, preventive medicine, and microbiology. He possesses extensive experience in biological defense, emergency response preparedness, and clinical care, playing a pivotal role in advancing national biosafety initiatives and international collaboration against biological threats.
