Mr Kevin Fejeran

Country Attaché, U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration

CA Kevin Fejeran has been in law enforcement for over 20 years and worked various positions across the United States including police officer, Special Agent, Group Supervisor, and currently as the DEA Zagreb Country Attaché. CA Fejeran holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology and a Master in Forensic Science (MFS) degree.

CA Fejeran worked as police officer in California for approximately four (4) years. His assignments included patrol, Special Enforcement Detail, Gang Enforcement, and Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT).
In 2004, he became a Special Agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). As a Special Agent he has worked assignments including:
• Investigating drug trafficking and violent gangs in Los Angeles, California
• Foreign-deployed Advisory and Support Team (FAST) member conducting joint investigations and operations in numerous countries including Afghanistan, Honduras, Haiti, and Kenya
• Investigating cocaine, heroin, and meth trafficking links between Mexico and Eastern North Carolina
• Supervising a narcotics task force in North Carolina

CA Fejeran is also a certified DEA Tactical Medic and Firearms Instructor. Currently, CA Fejeran is responsible for supervising all international narcotics investigations and training conducted by the DEA in Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Serbia and is the principal advisor to each Chief of Mission for all narcotics trafficking related trends and activities.
