Diane is a registered pharmacist with 28 years military experience. She served as a pharmacist officer in a variety of roles including medical logistics, primary and secondary healthcare delivery, operational planning, policy development and assurance, culminating as Chief Pharmacist for Defence and advisor to Surgeon General. She transferred to the Army Reserve 4 years ago and now serves as a CBRN Medical Advisor.
She left regular Army service to become Good Distribution Practice (GDP) Responsible Person for UK Ministry of Defence - responsible for quality and regulatory compliance concerning medicines, including procurement and distribution of CBRN medical countermeasures. As part of the counter-CBRN delivery team in Defence Equipment and Support, she provided technical advice on sustaining and bringing new products into service. She works collaboratively across Defence, UK government and international partners.
