Col. Matthew Clark, PhD, PMP, U.S. Army, is commander and Senior Medical Officer of SHAPE Healthcare Facilities in the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE). He has led development of over thirteen FDA-approved products for the Department of War

and the world, served in combat, and responded to various health security events globally. Among other locations, he has served at the White House; Operation Warp Speed; Department of Health and Human Services; the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense; the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology; the U.S. House of Representatives; the Medical Research and Materiel Command and in Iraq, Korea, Israel,

and the United Kingdom as well as supported outbreaks in Africa.
