Senior Project Associate, Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe

Anna Predvichna occupies a position of the Project Manager for the "Enhancing Ukraine's Chemical Emergency Response Capacity" Project, implemented in Ukraine by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). With a Master's Degree in International Relations and additional training in project management and non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, Anna's educational background is complemented by a decade of hands-on experience in project administration and management.

Since 2017, Anna has been managing the economic-environmental and politico-military themed projects led by OSCE in Ukraine. Her portfolio encompasses a wide array of topics, including CBRN, civil protection, emergency response, and chemical safety and security. Throughout her time with the OSCE, Anna has been dealing with strategic planning, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and project implementation.

Currently, Anna's focus is on enhancing emergency response capacities within Ukrainian governmental institutions, with a particular emphasis on CBRN threats. She firmly believes in the power of collaboration and effective coordination to mitigate risks and safeguard communities. In her current capacity, Anna is dedicated to spearheading initiatives that fortify Ukraine's preparedness and resilience against chemical emergencies.
