NCT PRO Challenge takes teams beyond individual training and puts them into a multinational, multidisciplinary operational environment.
Participating CBRNE, EOD, SWAT and SOF teams are integrated into Joint Task Forces (JTFs), combining different nationalities, disciplines, equipment and operational experience. It is these JTFs that plan and execute realistic CBRNE, EOD and counter-terrorism missions, as well as scenarios focused on countering adversaries' hybrid warfare activities.
Operations are coordinated through a professional Tactical Operations Center (TOC), with TAK-based Command & Control providing a common operational picture and supporting coordination between the JTFs and teams in the field.
Experienced instructors/controllers support the exercise, while technologies provided by participating industry partners are integrated into the missions. Each mission concludes with a structured After Action Review (AAR) to evaluate performance, capture lessons and provide direct feedback.
