NCT PRO Experience | 2-Day CBRNe product training

NCT PRO eXperience is the training component of NCT events. During two days, civil and military first responders will be trained to respond to CBRNE, C-IED, EOD, demining scenarios with the aim of promoting interoperability, multinational and multi-agency cooperation. That is why each training scenario will have two different types of teams training together. Each training session will have a scenario that is tailored to the training needs of the participating teams and sponsors.

Over the duration of two days, teams of professionals will be trained based on their expertise & requirements using equipment provided by leading CBRNe, C-IED, EOD and demining companies from all over the world.

Teams can experience the latest technology and equipment while industry receives valuable feedback on their products.

Each training session ends with a debriefing during which you will be provided with direct feedback on your equipment and products with the aim of assessing it against the end user’s mission’s needs. As such, NCT Pro enables you to learn from the experience of the teams and exchange lessons learned and best practices which might be able to provide you with insights for both sales and further R&D.

Join as a team

The start of your participation in NCT PRO is a chat with your NCT Consultants account manager. Together you look which of your products and technologies would fit best in the different missions and scenarios and what sponsorship package fits you best. In preparation for the booking, you may request a copy of the Training Plan to read the detailed briefing packs for the missions.

After your booking, your products and technologies are put into the Technology planning. Our NCT PRO team plans the use of equipment based on your input. This is when we need information from you on how you would like to have the equipment used, any props/simulants needed and the number of pieces of equipment you will bring. We also ask you to tell us what kind of pictures you would like us to take of your equipment during the event.

Each training session starts with a general briefing by the trainer followed by the product training on your equipment by your onsite trainer. After the product trainings, the teams receive their mission briefing and will plan for their mission. This is when they decide what equipment to use. After they have executed their mission, the teams have a AAR/Debrief in which the trainer will ask for feedback.

NCT PRO Sponsors have an opportunity to put their product in the hands of current and future customers. The trainings are therefore used as a platform for you to showcase your technologies with confidence, by putting the end-users in an environment requiring your equipment. Furthermore, the trainings allow you to introduce new technologies that are not yet the final package. By participating in the trainings, we allow you to gain direct feedback from the end-users for R&D purposes while they get to know new equipment. The past editions have resulted in direct sales for the sponsoring companies from the training teams.
