Pictura Bio

Established in 2022, Pictura Bio is engineering its way to instantaneous diagnostics through cutting edge technology and machine learning. A spin out from the University of Oxford, the Pictura Bio team combines biology and optical engineering with machine learning to bring the efficiency of digital technology to diagnostic testing. Having already delivered a prototype to the Defence and Security Accelerator (part of the UK Ministry of Defence), established partnerships with the Emergency Department at NHS Portsmouth and NHS and private GPs, the benchtop VISTA device and proprietary PIC-ID technology is in reach.
