Sgt. Omar Mendoza has been working in the Bogota Fire Department in Colombia for eighteen years, including nine years in the line of fire and nine years in the Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Specialized Group of this institution. He spent two years as leader of this same team.
Sgt. Mendoza is an occupational health professional, environmental management specialist, occupational health and safety management specialist, contemporary public administration specialist, TEXX hazardous materials technician, fire and emergency care technician, chlorine management specialist and ammonia management specialist.
