For almost the past decade, Mislav has been part of DOK-ING team, an engineering powerhouse for heavy-duty specialized robotic systems. The company is an established international market leader with more than 500 systems operating worldwide.
Mislav is B2G expert, managing 20 countries globally, from Norway to Korea.
His primary function today, for which he is accountable, is international sales, marketing, and new business development within DOK-ING, with a focus on growth opportunities.
Education in the fields of mechanical engineering gave him a great starting point to become an expert in using UGV within the defense and security field.
Being responsible for various customers globally, Mislav has an impressive knowledge of real case scenarios within IED, EOD and CBRNe threats management.
Mislav’s activities include the following:
• Identification of mission capability requirement in Crisis management including demining, EOD, CBRNe, C-IED and similar tasks and missions.
• Proposing and developing new solutions by analyzing client’s problems, needs and requests
• Identifying, developing, negotiating and managing strategic relationships with clients.
• Playing an integral role in developing and implementing business strategy.
• Performing client presentations, developing commercial proposals, posting bid activities, negotiations, and managing the process until the contract is awarded and leading the post-sales activities
