Mr. Wallace is Division Chief of Systems Engineering and Acquisition at the U.S. Army DEVCOM Chemical Biological Center. He has 30 years of experience working in the chemical and biological defense community. Over the course of his career he has collaborated across government, industry, and academic institutions. He holds two patents related to biological agent collection.
Through his expertise in digital engineering, he had a pivotal role in developing and coordinating the implementation guidance accompanying Army Directive 2019-29: Enabling Modernization and Readiness through Advanced Manufacturing. He has B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland and an M.S. in program management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
