COL (Ret.) Robin R. Neumeier served in a variety of positions to include Commander, Deputy Commander and other key leadership positions in both garrison and deployment. Before retiring after 30 years of active duty service, she served as the Commander for the Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense. Currently, she serves as the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer for a hospital in the Florida panhandle. COL (Ret.) Neumeier’s extensive medical background coupled with her understanding of issues related to chemical defense makes her suited to moderate discussions surrounding CWMD and CBRN medical countermeasures.
