The NCT Europe & PRO eXperience 2026 event is planned to be held at the Unmanned Valley, Valkenburg, The Netherlands from 06-07 May 2026.

We have secured two recommended hotel options for our participants. We suggest booking as early as possible to ensure availability.

• Option 1: Hilton Garden Inn Leiden (Recommended)

  • We have secured a dedicated room block for NCT attendees at the Hilton Garden Inn Leiden. Participants can enjoy a special event rate by booking directly through our custom reservation link: https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/nct-consultance-event-2026/

  • Important Deadline: This exclusive rate is available until April 20th, 2026, or until the room block is fully booked. We highly recommend booking early to guarantee your accommodation

• Option 2: Ibis Leiden Centre For a centrally located alternative, attendees can book at the Ibis.

  • Rate: €179.50 per room, per night (Single Occupancy).

  • Inclusions: Includes daily breakfast buffet; excludes city tax of €4.70 per person, per night.

  • How to Book: Please send your reservation request via email to H8087-RE@accor.com.

  • Booking Code: You must mention code "NCT Consultance Event" to receive the group rate.

  • Deadline: Please note there is a one-month cut-off date prior to arrival; bookings made after this time are subject to availability and standard rates.

Transportation Guide to Unmanned Valley 

To ensure a smooth arrival at the venue, please find the most convenient public transport options below. We recommend using the 9292 app or Google Maps for real-time departure updates. 

Option 1: From Hilton Garden Inn Leiden

Address: Willem Einthovenstraat 3, 2342 BH Oegstgeest, Netherlands

Ideal for sponsors staying at the official event hotel. 

• Departure Point: A short 3-minute walk (210 m) from the hotel to the bus stop: Oegstgeest, Willem Einthovenstraat. 

• Bus: Take Line 38 (Direction: Katwijk). 

• Travel Time: Approximately 15 minutes (9 stops). 

• Arrival Stop: Get off at Katwijk, Field Lab Unmanned Valley. 

• Final Destination: The venue entrance is just a 1-minute walk (65 m) from the stop. 

Suggested Departures: 

• Depart at 07:46 - Arrive at 08:01 

• Depart at 08:16 - Arrive at 08:31

Option 2: From Leiden Centraal (Main Train Station) 

Address: Leiden Centraal, 2333 CT Leiden, Netherlands

Ideal for those traveling from the city center or arriving by train from other cities. 

• Departure Point: From the main station hall, walk to the bus station Platform B (approx. 8 min / 550 m). 

• Bus: Take Line 38 (Direction: Katwijk). 

• Travel Time: Approximately 25 minutes (14 stops). 

• Arrival Stop: Get off at Katwijk, Field Lab Unmanned Valley. 

• Final Destination: A 1-minute walk (65 m) to the entrance of Unmanned Valley.

Important Travel Information: 

• Payment (OV-pay): You can pay for your journey by simply tapping your contactless debit/credit card or mobile phone (Apple Pay/Google Pay) on the readers when entering and exiting the bus. No paper ticket is required. 

• Taxi/Uber: A taxi from Leiden Centraal or the Hilton takes approximately 8–10 minutes. 

• Venue Address: Unmanned Valley, Marinevliegkamp 356, 2236 ZZ Katwijk aan Zee. 

Uniform or business during conference days. Uniforms are accepted and endorsed. Please note that if you participate in trainings, you better wear a tactical uniform rather than a ceremony uniform.

Anyone interested in expanding their knowledge and network in the fields of CBRNe, C-IED, and EOD and demining is more than welcome to attend. We usually host many government institutions, civilian and military first responders, industry representatives, NGOs etc.

Your delegate pass includes access to the exhibition, including the live capability demonstration, when applicable, along with the 2 days conference and evening reception. During the event, lunch and two coffee breaks per day will be provided at no additional cost. NCT PRO Trainings are only accessible to training teams and representatives of sponsoring companies.

It is possible for you to change the name on the delegate pass. To do so please let us know who will be attending on your behalf by contacting us at eventsteam@nct-events.com

If you are interested in becoming a media partner for our event, please contact us at eventsteam@nct-events.com and put “Media partnership” as subject of your email.

You can always buy a delegate pass onsite, but you will only be able to pay using cash. You can also book the event last minute through the website and pay using a credit card.

For NCT Europe 2026, taking place at Unmanned Valley, Valkenburg on May 6-7, we have partnered with CEVA Logistics as our recommended freight and logistics contractor. CEVA provides comprehensive event logistics solutions, including international and domestic transport, on-site handling, forklifting, storage, and customs clearance.

Your booth comes fully equipped, and includes a table, two chairs and electricity.
