The NCT Europe & PRO Challenge 2024 event will be held as follows:

• Conference & Exhibition -  Tuesday, 21st May at 13:00 to Thursday, 23rd May, 2024 at 16:30

• PRO Challenge Trainings (for PRO sponsors and training teams only) - Monday, 20th May to Friday, 24th May, 2024. 

The event will take place in Sveučilišna bolnica - University hospital, Zagreb, Croatia. The location is an abandoned building with many open air spaces and no side walls. We therefore encourage you to keep this in mind for the dress code. Please find more information about this in the following section. 

Because of the unique venue, casual and comfortable outfits (clothes and shoes) are advised for this event. We encourage to wear tactical clothing and strong shoes. We do not recommend to wear business attire. 

Uniforms are accepted and endorsed. Please note that if you participate in the trainings, you should wear battledress uniforms rather than ceremonial uniforms. 

Since the majority of the event spaces are outdoors, please bring sunscreen and mosquito spray with you.

The venue can be accessed most conveniently by Bolt, Uber or your own vehicle. There will be parking available at the venue.

Anyone interested in expanding their knowledge and network in the fields of CBRNe, C-IED, and EOD and demining is more than welcome to attend. We usually host many government institutions, civilian and military first responders, industry representatives, NGOs etc.

Your delegate pass includes access to the exhibition, including the live capability demonstration, when applicable, along with the 2 days conference and evening reception. During the event, lunch and two coffee breaks per day will be provided at no additional cost. NCT PRO Trainings are only accessible to training teams and representatives of sponsoring companies.

It is possible for you to change the name on the delegate pass. To do so please let us know who will be attending on your behalf by contacting us at eventsteam@nct-events.com

You can always buy a delegate pass onsite, but you will only be able to pay using cash. You can also book the event last minute through the website and pay using a credit card.

Please note that lunch will not be provided after exhibitors setup. We recommend Restaurant BATAK https://batak.hr/ which is only few minutes away from the venue, inside the Golf Club.
